🌿 Armand's Tip
Everyone has their favorite method for hard-boiling eggs, but ours is simple—we use an electric egg cooker. Add the recommended amount of water, press the button, and let it do the work. When it beeps, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking. The result is consistently tender whites, creamy yolks, and eggs that peel beautifully every time.
