Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Armand's Maison & Marché is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@monsieurarmand.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned to us and requires reshipment.
