We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Armand's Maison & Marché. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-food items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide return instructions. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Food & Pantry Items
Due to food safety regulations, all food and pantry products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photographs of the item and shipping package so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@monsieurarmand.com so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Food and pantry products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal care products, where applicable

Exchanges
If you'd like a different eligible item, the quickest option is to request a return (if applicable) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This right does not apply to products exempt under applicable law, including certain food products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
