How to Make Tea Sandwiches

- Add a thin, even layer of your chosen filling.
- Top with a second slice of bread and press gently.
- Cut each sandwich into fingers, triangles, or small squares.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

🌿 Armand's Tip
Tea sandwiches may be assembled several hours ahead. Arrange them on a tray, cover with a lightly dampened paper towel, and wrap well before refrigerating. Add delicate herbs, edible flowers, or other garnishes shortly before serving.
